Who Loves to Color!

I know I love to color! Whether its with inks and stencil brushes, COPICs, Pastel Pencils, Gelatos, Watercolor pencils, Chameleons, you name it, I can find a way to use those colors!  This week the Stampendous Design team has the privilege of working with various products from Faber-Castell - Design Memory Craft division!

Our team will be showcasing the Art Grip Aquarelles Watercolor Pencils, the PITT Pastel Pencils, and our very special guest Nathalie Kalbach will be featuring the Gelatos! There will be guest-starring roles by the PITT Artist Pens for doodling and drawing!
Wait until you see the colorful inspiration we have for you this week! We’ll be Blogging in Color!

PRIZES

3 Lucky Winners this week will get three sets of the PITT Pastel Pencils (red/yellow, blue/green, neutrals), a jar of Faber-Castell Chalkboard Paint, and $20 Stampendous reward card to choose their favorite images to color! WOW… these winners must have a U.S. mailing address (official rules here!)… BUT WAIT- Aussie Fans – The Stencil Specialist has you covered again this time!! One Australian Fan will win a Stampendous Stamp, a Dreamweaver Stencil (LJ size customer choice), and one Dreamweaver Stencils Regular Embossing Paste. Wow!!

Here's what I created for you today:

This was done using the Stampendous Cling Jumbo Lovely Garden (CRS5066) and Die Cut set (DCS5066). I stamped the flowers and leaves on watercolor paper with Archival Jet Black ink. If your stamping isn't perfect, that's ok, use a Black brush nib Essential PITT Artist Pen from Faber-Castell to correct any lines. Next I used the wonderful Aquarelle Watercolor Pencils from Faber-Castell to color my flowers and leaves. It's hard to notice in the picture, but on the leaves I did a little shading around the edges with a gray PITT Artist Pen. Cut everything out with the matching dies, finish off the edges and create a beautiful card for a friend with all the pieces! The saying is from the Thoughtful Wishes set (SSC1158) from Stampendous.
