Sharing is Best!

It's that time of year again! Time for Fall/Halloween/Christmas ideas from the Stampendous Design Team! We've been busy for the last several months creating lots of samples with the great new stamps and stencils that were released in July and are so happy to share them with you! I did share this one right as these were released, but it's the perfect project for this week's theme of "Baked Just For You!".
I love making lots and lots of cookies during the Christmas season. It's really the only time of year that I do so much baking any more. While my family would like to hoard them, I like to share them with everyone, so the new Gingerbread Baker Clear Stamp and Die Set made me very happy! Here's a cute way to share cookies with teachers, friends, mailman, whoever!

Step 1:  Cut a 3 1/2" x 4 " and 1" x 1 1/2" piece of cream cardstock, and a 3 1/4" x 4" piece of Sandy Beach cardstock
Step 2:  Die cut the Gingerbread Baker from the Sandy Beach cardstock
Step 3: Stamp the face and buttons on the die cut image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink
Step 4:  Shade around the edges with Copic markers, using the R27 on the cheeks and buttons
Step 5:  Ink the Ric Rak stamp with VersaMark and stamp the arms and legs, sprinkle with white embossing powder, heat set
Step 6: Ink the checkerboard pattern stamp with Brilliance Rocket Red and stamp along the bottom edge of the larger piece of cream cardstock, repeat several times to create the checkered table cloth look, round the top two corners, edge with R27 marker
Step 7:  Tie the red and green ribbon around the cream piece near the top of the stamping, tie a know near the right side, adhere to the front of the bag
Step 8: Use foam squares to attach the Gingerbread image
Step 9: Stamp the "Homemade" saying on the small piece of cream using Tuxedo Black, round all the corners, edge with R27, adhere with foam tape
Step 10: Stamp the "Baked just for you by:" image on the back with Tuxedo Black
